The Orion Series a new action/adventure series of books from author Vance Duplechin.
The Orion Series follows the adventures of Daniel Shandon who was raised by his Father, Special Agent Rod Leshan of the Secret Service.
During his youth, Daniel was given tasks and puzzles that didn't really make too much sense to him at the time, but as he grew older he realized that his father was training him for something much bigger.
After graduating from college Daniel moves to Las Vegas where he is hired to work a Hotel and Casino. The Egyptian is one of the last privately owned Casinos on the strip. The owners of the casino as well as the elite security team do what they have to in order to protect their own.
Rod Leshan is a dedicated Secret Service Agent on a special assignment by the President. After an attempt on his life, Rod decides to take a chance and see Daniel one last time, just in case.
When Rod is assassinated in front of Daniel, Daniel quickly becomes the next target. This starts Daniel down a new path in his life. One from which he can never turn back.
With the assistance of his girlfriend, Samantha, Daniel, Marco, and Kurt, Samantha's father, immerse themselves into The Orion Sector. Together they are tasked with tracking down the worst of the worst.
Over time the team becomes a single unit willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. In the face of adversity, they are at their best.
